30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused or lightly used.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.
We will gladly provide:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- Another suitable resolution
at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs will be covered by PawBuddy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses where applicable.
